The wx in February is chancy for off shore fishing but there are occasional good days. Wahoo should be there and are found in deep water (500+) -- there are usually fish along the reef -- grouper, snapper, barracuda etc. For a real calm and clear day you might hire a guide for bonefishing --- even when the seas are too rough offshore the sheltered "creeks" may be calm. Other than that --or with specific local knowledge, forget about trolling the Sea of Abaco, as it supports no fishing stock. There is a bank and current far offshore (tabletop, and the Antilles current which holds marlin year round (I've been on a boat that caught and released a decent blue in Feb.)
