Steve,

Sportfishing licenses are required for tourists by law, but it's never
been enforced. The license is actually for the boat and whomever is in the boat
is licensed. The application forms are available at one of the gov't offfices
near the post office in Marsh. The boat registration has the info required.
The license is $20/year and there are limits/minimum weights as well. I think
most boats passing through customs get the license.
