rental boats .. again

Hate to bring this up again, but I noticed the rental boat post below turned into a mess of totally contradicting opinions. If some Abaco 1st timer were to read it, they'd have no clue what to rent. There are positive and negative opinions about Rich's Rentals and Whalers in general. Some "3rd" opininons might help to clear this up. I believe the unsinkable safety of the whaler is the only real fact we have.
