we were just there last weekend and had wonderful meals at the Guana Beach. Also good food at Dolphin Beach (Victoria and Dolores are the best!) Snorkling the coral juts on the sea of abaco side is also really cool. watch the tides and waves on the atlantic side. there is a little stoe in the settlement that sells cuban cigars. check out the tshirt shop across the walkway - the owner is a trip! everyone on Guana is wonderful. they are beautiful, gentle people who will go out of their way to help you. remember that this is their island, accept their pace (slow at best) and you will have a wonderfully memorable holiday. wish i was going too!
