Laurie, I use a cheap Foam cooler, and dry ice. Pack with food in center surronded with the dry ice. Then duck tape the cooler closed, and don't open until you get there. I use a small cooler that I can carry on and guard the cooler from damage. If packed correctly and not allowed to be damaged, it will keep the food for at least a week. Warning Do not ship with luggage Hope you have a great trip.
