Tom from Tenn, Just did the frozen food thing. First - all airlines asked me if I had dry ice, which I didn't. I don't know if that's a problem, but to be safe, don't use it. We used a cooler on wheels (Wheelie Cooler) which was nice when claiming/hauling/ re-checking between terminals at Ft. Lauderdale. Use either ice blocks in a tight zip-lock bag, or those plastic freezable things. You don't need water slushing around. Then liberal use of duct tape to seal the top since most coolers don't have tight shutting lids. If you plan on grocery shopping at Marsh before going to Elbow, for anything that can spoil like milk, bring a knife to cut the duct tape off so you can store stuff in the cooler for the boat ride over. Sounds stupid, but if you've used duct tape, you know what I'm talking about.
