I try to be a considerate boater, am NOT a drunk, and don't make excuses.
Just because kids & drunks may be rude, does not excuse dog owners or
anyone else from being inconsiderate. Today, evryone seems to want to pass the blame & not take responsibilty. Plus- I can express myself withou being called
names, thank you!
