Esprit, a first floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium, is among the most luxurious facilities at this world class resort with tile floors, AC, complete kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, water purifier, full size washer and dryer and satellite TV. Esprit was redecorated in the Spring of 2005. There is an outdoor grille for your steaks. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a queen size hide-a-bed couch.(But 6 guests maximum).  Telephone with local call service can be arranged for the unit and internet access can be purchased for use in the condo.

The setting is a beautifully maintained garden. Handicap access is good.

Children are welcome - no pets and no smokers please!

It is located on one of the best beaches in the world. The protected turquoise clear water and "flour" white sand with gentle slope and sand bottom make it uniquely suitable for windsurfing, shelling, swimming, water skiing, tubing, sailing, snorkeling and surf fishing - all at your front door!

Windsurfing conditions are ideal for experts in the winter and suitable for novices throughout the year.

Protected dockage for all size boats is available at the world class 150+ slip marina. Excellent rental boats for fishing, diving, island hopping and snorkeling are available.

The private Tennis Court, crystal clear pool and the grounds are landscaped with tropical flowers and trees. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets as you enjoy an evening stroll on our beach.

Treasure Cay is located near the original Loyalist Colony of Carleton about 25 miles north of Marsh Harbour and has a 150 slip full service marina with marine stores, dive shop, motor bike rental, bicycle rental, golf cart rental, gift shops, restaurants, hardware store, post office, bank, grocery store, health clinic and most other amenities associated with a small town and world class resort all within walking distance of the condo.

Golf, gourmet dining, local restaurants, music and bars are all within walking distance of Royal Poinciana.

Power boating and sailing through protected waters is for everyone. Regatta time, July 4th, is a sailor's dream.

This is a Fisherman's Paradise! The Treasure Cay area is the Blue Marlin Capital of the Bahamas. Several marlin larger than 700# are caught each year. Several popular large tournaments are held yearly! White Marlin, Sailfish, Tuna, Albacore, King and Spanish Mackerel, Grouper and Dolphin are plentiful.

Bottom fishing and surf fishing are very productive.

Bone fishing is fantastic! These waters are some of the most productive in the world.

Spearfishing is exceptionally good! You may use only a Hawaiian sling or pole spear and you must free dive with no artificial source of air. Hogfish, Gray Snapper and Grouper are the most common catches. Lobster, in season August 1 through March 31st, and conch can be obtained in the same way.

Snorkeling and underwater photography are spectacular! The crystal clear, calm waters provide an unusually safe environment for all ages.

The Barrier reef extending the length of the outer islands of Abaco provides a complete coral reef with its inhabitants. The more than 200 foot visibility allows clear views and wonderful photographs with minimal distortions in vivid colors. All types of reef fish are visible within 20 feet of water.

Snorkeling and boating provide numerous opportunities to enjoy a wide range of sealife including dolphins and turtles.

Scuba Diving is popular on the reefs, caves and wrecks. A fully equipped Dive Shop provides daily dive and snorkeling trips You may take your own boat or a rental boat to numerous dive sites.

Guides and boats are available for cruising, island hopping, snorkeling, big game fishing, scuba diving, bottom fishing, spearfishing and bonefishing. You can explore the outer islands for your own private beaches and prime spots.

The rates are

$260 per night with a minimum of three nights
or
$1,700 per week
plus $80 for the maid to open and close the unit.
